The Centre for Food & Allergy Research (CFAR) is Australia’s leading research network for paediatric food allergy. We enable collaboration amongst paediatric food allergy researchers across Australia. Read more about our mission here.
We work together with the peak medical (Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy – ASCIA) and patient (Allergy & Anaphylaxis Australia – A&AA) organisations to identify important questions for new research. We also provide an evidence base for the National Allergy Strategy (NAS), and ensure that the latest research findings are translated into effective public health policies and the best care for children with food allergies.
We can achieve more by working together.
CFAR membership is free and open to all researchers and clinicians working in paediatric food allergy research in Australia and New Zealand.
